Thomas Haarmann
Thomas Haarmann is known for his acute sensibility, and his boundless creative vision spans several art forms. Haarmann invariably approaches his work with curiosity, integrity and an artisanal mindset, infusing it with an aesthetic narrative that is distinctly his own – applying a vocabulary influenced by his earlier nomadic lifestyle.
As an interdisciplinary creative, Haarmann designs pieces for his own line of furniture, as well as for others. He also spearheads the sculpting of brands and their identities.
Haarmann’s interior design projects, which include both private residences and commercial spaces, are imbued with a recognisable signature; the assertive use of composition, dimension and light in the creation of tactile atmospheres that are both refined and informal. Each project demonstrates his unique expression, while simultaneously echoing the vision and personality of his client.
