The DUO bed reinterprets some of the distinctive elements of the DUO collection, such as the curved lines of the chair or the side legs in solid ash in the shape of an inverted ‘L’ that recall the cabinet and coffee table. The headboard is embellished with a matelassé finish that is inspired both by the craftsmanship excellence for which Poltrona Frau is famous, and by the refined workmanship of high-end leather goods found in luxury brands.
The tapered profile of the bed is adorned with a decorative bevelled edge, while the structure rests on side legs that add dynamism and lightness. The result is an elegant bed with a strong personality, with a marked horizontal presence, perfectly in harmony with the rest of the collection.

DESIGNED BY
Roberto Lazzeroni
Roberto Lazzeroni, born in Pisa, began his professional life with the study of art and architecture in Florence and the interests he developed during his training, in particular in the conceptual art and radical design movements. In the early 1980s, Lazzeroni made his professional debut with a series of important works in the field of “interior architecture” that immediately attracted attention and were published in Italian and foreign periodicals.
