Decorative but functional, this small table can be used in a versatile way as both a visual highlight and a way to organise the space. Fagiolo was designed by Lazzeroni in 2014 as a "satellite piece" for the Saturn armchair. These items were both created for a reading corner known as "Saturn and sons", which also included the Lampo lamp.

This mini suite was created for areas of the home dedicated to rest and relaxation, where Fagiolo is a highly practical addition. Its name means "bean" and is inspired by the organic form of its two tabletops. The frame is made from solid American walnut in four possible colours as listed and with optional shellac finish. The double top is available in transparent, bronzed or smoked 4-mm glass. Alternatively, the lower top can be made from marble with the upper top in glass.

Roberto Lazzeroni

Roberto Lazzeroni, born in Pisa, began his professional life with the study of art and architecture in Florence and the interests he developed during his training, in particular in the conceptual art and radical design movements. In the early 1980s, Lazzeroni made his professional debut with a series of important works in the field of “interior architecture” that immediately attracted attention and were published in Italian and foreign periodicals.
