The Folio table is a pure, precise shape characterised by perpendicular planes of brushed brass sheet metal. A rational sculpture that, thanks to the strength of its aesthetics, exalts the material in perfectly reflective surfaces.
A scenic presence, as simple as it is bold, defines this table, made with thick brass sheets placed on parallel levels, an exclusive design choice that defines both the base and the large rectangular top. BRAND HIGHLIGHT
Contemporary design is fundamental to De Castelli, and the company has created its own collections of furniture and products in collaboration with some of the world’s leading designers. Bookcases, storage units, tables, chairs and lighting are shaped in hammered brass, mottled copper, weathered steel and délabré brass. Working closely with architects and designers on bespoke commissions, as well as offering finishes and furniture for domestic use to consumers, De Castelli’s stated aim is to “bend metal to the requirements of different spaces and uses, to shape it to the tastes and desires of a sophisticated and demanding clientele”.

DESIGNED BY
DRAW Studio
Luca and Mattia graduated in 2005 in industrial design at Politecnico di Milano, but only met in 2008. At that time, they were working in Milan in the same project team, and they had the opportunity to exchange views and ideas on product design, immediately perceiving a strong synergy and gradually establishing a deep friendship beyond the professional activity.
