The Gloob was the answer to an “individual” design idea that was to create a space, an island of comfort and repose where the effect o the user would be one of complete relaxation. It is indulgent, a necessary indulgence. A re-charge or perhaps disconnect zone.

All OKHA furniture collections and limited editions are designed by Creative Director, ADAM COURT. His process is intuitive, beginning as a hand drawn sketch, often influenced by geographic physicality and a sense of place. This flow progresses via provocative dialogues; sculptural, stylistic, constructivist, emotional and visual; arriving at a design which is the resonance of natural materials and the desire to gracefully hold space. Court ultimately engages the user via an emotionally articulate, scenic silhouette.
