Laguna Coffee Table
OKHA’s Laguna coffee table represents a shallow pool of water in the African savannah where lion, elephant and cheetah come to drink each day. It is a gathering point and source similar in symbolism to an oasis.
The legs elevate the tabletop and extend a little above it to enhance the feeling of landscape, of different geographical elevations. The flat horizontal surface of the table (water) is enveloped by the surrounding landscape which rises above the surface of the water like banks and bluffs.

DESIGNED BY
Adam Court
All OKHA furniture collections and limited editions are designed by Creative Director, ADAM COURT. His process is intuitive, beginning as a hand drawn sketch, often influenced by geographic physicality and a sense of place. This flow progresses via provocative dialogues; sculptural, stylistic, constructivist, emotional and visual; arriving at a design which is the resonance of natural materials and the desire to gracefully hold space. Court ultimately engages the user via an emotionally articulate, scenic silhouette.
