The Lio and Leo are the extensions of the lucky design of Lia and Lea chairs, reminding both their shape and constructional matrix: an elegant and outstanding side made of one single aluminum die-cast.
They come with a painted frame (Lio) or entirely covered in leather or cowhide (Leo). In order to better fit the various use situations, home and contract, they are available in two different heights.
BRAND HIGHLIGHT
When Aurelio Zanotta opened the doors to his eponymous label in 1954, its initial focus was on the production of sofas and armchairs which, at the time, were overwhelmingly the domain of upholstery workshops. But Zanotta’s vision far exceeded the largely utilitarian scope of local upholsterers. Beyond its surface functionality, he recognizedin furniture design a new form of cultural expression—a venerable creative outlet worthy of the same respect afforded to traditional artistic exploits like painting and sculpture.

Rodolfo Dordoni, architect and designer, was born in Milan, where he graduated in Architecture. His collaboration with Molteni&C has gone beyond the production of individual products and has become the creation of a collection for the dining room and night systems. These projects feature hidden high-technology in the products.
