The Guest is Lladró's most captivating character. Since its creation by the prestigious designer Jaime Hayon 10 years ago, it has been the blank canvas on which renowned artists have intervened to tell the most diverse stories.
The series includes collaborations by Paul Smith, Devilrobots, Gary Baseman, Tim Biskup, Rolito and Hayon himself.

In 1953, three brothers Juan, José and Vicente Lladró embarked on an adventure into the world of porcelain. As they learned the language of this beautiful material, they created Lladró. Synonymous with creativity, style, and hand-crafted quality, they have grown their eponymous venture into a global name in the ceramics space.

Jaime Hayon
Spanish artist-designer Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid in 1974. His artistic vision was first fully exposed in the ‘Mediterranean Digital Baroque’ and ‘Mon Cirque’ installations. These collections put Jaime at the forefront of a new wave that blurred the lines between art, decoration and design, also added a renaissance in finely-crafted, intricate objects within the context of contemporary design culture.
