Vipp presents an extra-padded, height-adjustable iteration of its renowned Swivel chair. Intended for home office and conference room settings where people sit for extended periods while working, the Swivel+ chair offers a larger backrest and a highly comfortable seat. Designed with an adjustable height position, the seat branches out into a five-legged base on either castors or floor gliders, allowing for a 360° seat rotation.
Vipp has refined its Swivel chair by adding more comfort and new features that enhance its ergonomics and seating experience. Repeated from the original Swivel chair, the slender armrests continue straight into the discreet, padded backrest, giving the chair an almost airy expression despite its solid components. The chair has an in-built tilt mechanism that follows the movements of the sitter, creating a smooth experience for the user when leaning back in a resting position and forward in a working position.

A byword for the best in Danish industrial design, the world of Vipp presents a vast and exciting contemporary collection. This library includes elegantly minimal furniture, lighting, kitchens, and accessories. It may be hard to believe that this story begins in 1939 with a bin. Founder and skilled metal smith Holger Nielsen laid the foundations by answering a question of living for his wife, Marie. She sought an effective wastebin for her salon, a design that would be easy and fit for purpose.

The danish designer morten bo jensen was born in 1977. he finished his master of science at the industrial design, aalborg university in 2003 and reached vipp in 2006, where he works as chief designer today, after having worked for biomega and different architect’s offices. He is the creative head behind many vipp products. since he got the duty of continuing the 70 years of history of the vipp design dna when he was only 27, he noticeably carried the vipp family design to the future.
