Designed by Giuseppe Casarosa in 2016. Vossia is an elegant directional chair made from FSC-certified solid American walnut wood. The curved poplar plywood backrest has polyurethane foam padding. The five-star swivel castor base is made from brushed aluminum with a bronze finish. A version with fixed brass feet is also available on request.
The base features a fixed or gas-spring lift mechanism, placed between two wood cylinders, which makes it adjustable in height. The non-removable upholstery is available in fabric, leather or natural leather in a variety of colors.
For added comfort, the backrest comes in three different heights; the low backrest version is similar to a guest chair.

DESIGNED BY
Giuseppe Casarosa

Interested in applied technologies and projects at 360 degrees; he designed boats, greenhouses for seasonal crops, machines for computing centers, small home appliances and of course furniture. Periodically he is called to take lessons in design schools. In 2008, a reflection on consumerism and sustainability brings him to stop the profession. He retires and lives on a boat for two years.
